I've never really noticed mouse flicker on my BVision, but as fot the other stuff, you got a point about MCP...
Pity I can't bear to look at a screen with < 75Hz refresh for any length of time (part of the reason for getting a gfx card).
If it is a timing thing, maybe setting your AGA to match your CGX refresh (where possible) would help. Maybe some software is getting the VBlank interrupt from the AGA side and ignoring the CGX side?
Hmm, let me see if I can find any 75Hz AGA modes...
