Sure. There were even a few 68060 cards for the A2000. I expect they are quite pricey and hard to obtain now though.
Hell, before they went bust, phase5 designed the Blizzard 2604 (a 68060 + PPC604e) but although DCE now own the rights, I don't think any production runs were ever made.
