On the 21st of December the Dutch Commodore usergroup held a meeting where a prototype of the Commodore One was presented.

is an article which appeared in the German magazine ComputerBild about Jeri Ellsworth (the creator of the C= One). The article is in German and 400KB big.

I'm wondering. It's not officially named Commodore One but C One isn't it? I mean with trademarks and stuff which are still property of Tulip Computers (AFAIK anyway).
