That's a so called 'Frog design' amiga mouse. I think it originates in the Escom era. AFAIK Frog Design also designed the Walker case.
It looks neat but the hardware stinks. It's really a piece of crap, mine broke down after 3 quarters of a year. Then again...the original C= A1200 mice also suck =).
