Based on the Siemens project with a test track in Northern Germany?

There was a big hubbub in Northern Netherlands about a planned route connecting Groningen to Amsterdam with such a maglev track (and hopefully onto Hamburg) but the whole project fell through, even Germany decided against a Hamburg-Berlin track IIRC due to the huge costs involved. China is the only country having a commercial maglev track I think, although the short length makes it completely useless.
