Well, I did have the pleasure of meeting the DoomMaster at a Commodore User Group meeting in Beaverton, Oregon.  He is a very nice person, and he does know a lot about computers.  Right now he is in the process of re-doing the 2-hour movie about the golden years of home computers, with better camera equipment and lighting.  If it is like what he has up on You Tube, it is going to be a great movie.  He told the group that he will mail a master copy to OPB and to Washington DC for the archives.

I must say, with all the negative talk about Doomy here on Amiga Org, I did not expect that I would actually like the guy, but I do.  Come to find out, the man actually has a long history with Commodore, and he was the one that originally came up with the idea of a first-person style game.  It was going to be a first-person role playing game based on the Ultima RPGs.  His idea was stolen before he could get a patent on it.

I took my Amiga 4000 to Doomy's shop and he repaired it and cleaned it while I waited.  Afterwards, he showed me the actual old PC and CAD program that he used to create maps for Doom, Doom 2, Duke Nukem, Shadow Warrior, Blood, and Serious Sam.  He also showed me his N-Scale trains, his modded and painted XBOX consoles, his modded PS2s, his classic GI Joe collection, his TV shows on DVD collection, his rotty, and of course his vintage computer collection.

Dude, I am not Doomy, so STFU !

Did you know that the Portland / Beaverton Oregon area is one of the Commodore and Amiga capitals of the world?  So yes, there are a lot of Amiga people where I live, not just Doomy.

I am beginning to think that Doomy may be right when he says that most of the people on Amiga Org are jerks.  I am actually thinking about leaving this forum.  I mean really, do you guys even know how you sound?!

Many people actually prefer the Amiga 2000 over the other Amiga models.  Does this mean that they are all the DoomMaster?

Piru, you are talking out your ass!

I actually try to help other Amiga users.

YOU, well you just continue to help spread rumors about a guy that is not even here to defend himself.

I even asked you guys a question and none of you answered it: DO YOU HAVE ANY EVIDENCE, THAT WOULD HOLD UP IN A COURT OF LAW, THAT PROVES THAT DOOMY RIPPED ANYONE OFF?

NO, THEN STOP SPREADING RUMORS ABOUT HIM !

What "evidence" are you talking about, Piru?

Karlos, I am not Doomy, so, why would you ban me? I am one of you guys. I love the Amiga. :)

By banning me for no good reason, you will only prove that what Doomy told me about Amiga Org must be true.

Piru, you did not answer my question.  Also, why are you such a trouble-maker?

Moderators, there is nothing wrong with me asking this question, I mean just read what Piru writes.  He sounds just like a trouble-maker.

Well, it sounds to me that you did not pay enough on the shipping, so, Doomy did not ship the Amiga 2000 until you mailed him the needed funds for shipping.  I do not think that he had any intention of ripping you off, because you did get the Amiga 2000, but only after you mailed him the correct amount for shipping.  It sounds like you are very happy with your purchase.  So, why spread negative feedback about Doomy?  He did not do anything wrong.  I think that the guy is getting a bad rep for no good reason and many people here on Amiga Org think so too, but are afraid to speak up for fear of getting kicked off the forum.
