Using a Voodoo 4500 card(tested on PC) instead of a Voodoo 3000 and I have set the jumper for it. I tried with P96 v2.0 then with version 2.1b. It would freeze in Picasso96mode during or after a test(output on voodoo) with new modes. Ocassionally on reboot I will get a Voodoo: software failure 8000 0004 error on Workbench.
I have removed everything except for Cyberstorm 060, Mediator 4000di, Voodoo 4500, GVP SCSI for DVDROM.
