Easynet is not all that easy, but Amigakit stands behind their offerings, so open a support ticket and ask them to work with you on solving the problem. Also try pinging your router to see if the stack is working (>ping 192.168.0.1 for example).
I use Roadshow myself: an easy install with one reboot and it is running (unless you can't follow directions):laughing:
I am sad to say I never had any luck with Easynet, and I too use Roadshow , which has to be the easiest one ever and works wonderfully well on all my Amiga, best wishes Brian.
