I have an A1200 with new stuff from amikakit. 1233 cf hard drive and some other cool stuff. My question is I have the aos3.9 cd. Do I need a cd drive to install it on my cf card, Is there another way I can do this? Also I want to use SFS not FFS I dont know how to do this. Side note I do have a scsi cd reader I used many years ago on an old mac is there a way I can use this?

Workbench 3.1 Floppy Disk Set from Amigakit as long as you have a floppy drive installed in your Amiga your good to go and the
Workbench 3.1 Floppy Disk Set is cheap as chips ,best wishes Brian. ps at least by installing the 3.1 workbench floppies on to your cf card you would have a working operating system and it is much easier to progress from there to add other gadgets and also play games ,just my thoughts
