I'm getting an Apple G4 mobo with nVidia graphics (don't have detailed specs so far but looks like it will be 750 MHz or 1 GHz) so I'm having high hopes this kind of hardware might become supported in near future, resulting in me getting a MorphOS machine. If I had an eMac tho, I'd go for something like this:

I don't think there will be Nvidia support in the near future tho :/

Well, until there is, it'll have to run Linux. I can wait : )

^ that's not a bad looking proposition. Is it a real example of a mock-up?
It's just a shopped quickie ... but easy enough to make, all it would take is a paint job and a vinyl sticker. But of course it would also require a matching keyboard and mouse.

That sort of paint job would be ideal, though I must admit, it could use some Broccoli!

Cooked or raw?

Unfortunately nvidia does not provide any documentation about their chipsets and thus we're not planning to add support.

Please refer to the supported hardware page.

As mentioned above, I'm willing to be hopeful that the Nouveau might provide some clues if not code in the future; meanwhile I'll investigate the possibility of getting a suitable graphics card from ATI, the machines had an AGP 4x slot, and Apple seem to have used Radeon 9000 with 64 MB VRAM as a cheaper alternative.

So I guess there's hope after all ... (^__^ )
