PALM TO USB?

When I try to sync my i705 to the Spyder in my Mediator, Trident lights up and recognizes it but I cannot make it hot sync.  Is it impossible?  If not, what's the secret?

Space Hawk,

I use Spitfire which, incedentally, works fine with a Palm V that uses different cradle with a serial port connection.

Posoiden supports many USB devices, and although I'm not sure it supports this application, Trident responds when I insert the i705Palm into the cradle and then again when I remove it.

In that I don't have a cradle with a serial port connection for my i705, I can't save the info in my i705 to my Amiga and transfer it to my Palm V.

Thanks, and thanks to whoever fixed the Subject Headline on my original posting,

Asked Chris Hodges if could connect a Palm via USB.

He said no and that he didn't have a Palm PDA so could not address software for it.

I bought a new Zaire 21 and will send it to Germany next week.

Who knows? We might connect.
