I quite agree with here with Red.
It's alike the lawsuits of smokers against tobacco companies.
But there's another side of this. One should know what he/she eats. I mean, I think it should be publicly known what kind of meat they use in restaurants (ANY kind of restaurant).
Also, some tobacco companies add other addictive substances in the tobacco they produce. If that's unknown, it's really unacceptable.
