Not directly. You would have to buy a "scandoubler" to connect an A500 directly to a PC monitor. As a quick solution attach the composite video output to a VCR, then the VCR output to a TV.
You can also put the amiga RGB output to the SCART input of your tv/vcr
here you can find out how. (trouble can be to find a 23pin connector, these aren't standard anymore)
