How do you think the vandals will react to the warning?
A warning implicates a desired anticipation of the reader.

What can you paint a building with that would prevent vadalism?

There are quite a few types of paint/coating that are grafitti resistant. It's not really a way to prevent vandalism, but grafitti 'artists' will have a hard time putting up their tag when the paint simply refuses to stick to the wall...
Have you seen the structure of the wall? Quite tempting for a vandal, especially considering the sign.
