You've been toying too long with your Mac,
Today's computer users/gamers are such wussies

Ah yes, the good old days, when ships were made of wood and men of iron :-P

Well, they said the same about Prince of Persia, but I think that game is really perfectly playable.
One game I thought was really hard was Cybernoid 2 (with the cool music ;-)) But then again; hey, it's a game, you should be challenged, it should be hard :-)

Prince of Persia was another one where I got to a certain point and could never get past it no matter how many times I tried.
Eh? The hardest part was in level 8, after that, I've never had any problems with it...

And starting from the beginning every time was so infuriating that I have up. Yes games should be hard enough to challenge you, otherwise they're no fun. But when they're so hard that you get bored, then I think they're too hard.
Well that seperates the men from the boys.......

boys have enough time to start over and over again

Can't remember whether I got that far. Which bit was it?

Well, at level 7 you fall back in the lower regions of the castle.
At the beginning of level 8 you need to fight a guy who does not take the initiative to go to you, which makes it a lot harder to defeat him. At the end of that level, a mouse steps on a switch to open a door for you.

I don't have time for that any more :-(

Me neither... :-(
If I replay games which seemed to me easy in the past, are quite hard now.

I know the bad guy you mean, but I don't remember a mouse stepping on a switch so I can't have got that far. Maybe it's time to set the A1200 up again and have another try! Did you ever complete PoP?

Certainly! :-D
A couple of times
It's really worthwhile replaying it. It hasn't lost it's vibe. :-)

Assuming you don't die, how easy is it to finish it within the hour? Did you ever get close to the end and run out of time?

It's a long time ago, but I can't remember such a frustration.
The only thing I was bad at were those blasted guillotines. I played Prince of Persia on the pc, and the pc speaker made those things sound even more vicious :nervous:
