Nice way to learn soldering, because it's
very
easy to solder such. Google for the pinouts of the 9 pin connector and SCART, and match the pins R, G, B, Ground, and Composite (Sync). These can be straightforwardly be attached.

I can't find the video pinout as for yet, but if you're sure it's the same as the 1084S, then the only thing that would be a problem is what Daedalus said.
