Actually, my sister, before getting married with a french guy, had 2 boyfriends, one from Amsterdam, the other from Groeningen, so actually i see some connection between Argentinian & Dutch people (obviosuly, we dont mention princess Maxima here)
Well, if I were you, I would skip not only Eindhoven, but as well as Rotterdam, instead, go to, as mentioned here before, to Maastricht and Utrecht. Also Groningen is worthwile too (or well, in the first place :-D ;-))
