The major thing wich is different from me when I was young and now is that the feelings and (pre)conceptions based on feelings are nowadays explained by reason.
Also, the feelings of fascination (fascination towards lines, colours and concepts) are a bit tempered. :-(
Fortunately, nowadays I experience ppl around me being less hostile.
