Think tonight it's gluhwein and beer, rather than gin or whisky for me.

btw. if I stick with one kind of beer (from bottle), I can drink as much as I want without getting a hangover.

I've been to Scotland, and enjoyed it very much (especially the both awesome castles and the scenery).

but saying the pubs are a dissappointment is really an understatement.... I mean, it was hard to find a pub wich wasn't lit by TL tubes, and being decorated with a big telly tuned on some lousy music channel :-(

cozy, easy, where you can talk nice with a couple of friends, and can drink all kinda special beers (I like to try :-)).

I was in Aberdeen, and for one day in Edinburgh. But almost all pubs were that way.
