We do still host some disk images for the install floppies needed for 4.1 and 4.2 CD's here:

http://ftp://ftp.newtek.com/pub/Patches/Toaster/I'm not sure if DiscreetFX is still selling the Millennium upgrade, but that is the first place you should look. That's the latest and greatest with all the patches.
We did open source the Toaster Flyer software, so I wouldn't feel too bad about "finding" the 4.2 or older versions, but I'd definitely pay DiscreetFX if they're still selling Millennium.
