You might want to investigate if there are any DIP switches which may be set to make the printer work a certain way for Amigas. DIP switches may also control printer emulation, if your printer supports that. This may explain your problem, perhaps your printer is set to emaulate another machine, because there was no specific driver at the time. I remember I had an old commodore MPS-1000 which had MANY DIP switches. I eventually got it to work with a PC after finding the manual and flipping some DIP switches. Good Luck!
