I don't think one can register until I get the machine and know serial # for software, etc... ;-)

OK. I meant the registration for notification from AEON a few months ago. Those that registered would get a followup email from the reseller when its available, so since I haven't heard from any reseller I figured it's still in preorder.

For the record, I have about twice as many classic systems than I do Macs.

A bit dismayed.... no X5K yet.  Was supposed to ship back on the 9th but has not.  Feeling down at the moment trying to be patient for it to actually ship.  :confused:

That's what made me hesitant to order it as soon as I saw it available on the AOTL. Delays.

Just received an update.  Mine is supposed to ship tomorrow.  So, unless UPS does not do their job, or decides to drop test it, I should get the X5K before 2016 ends.  :roflmao:
