Only I've never owned is the 3000, owned a 4000/030 in the 90s but sold it (the HD floppy was great in the 90s) still own all the others even if 2000s are dead.
My experience? The A1000 is quiet, exudes total quality, and was a great machine for early gaming and apps that needed 1.2/1.3/2.0 kickstarts. So many little things like the musical fanfare when the system board checks are done, the great keyboard etc. I have an 8mb capable Zorro 1 expansion but only has 2mb on it. Hope to make a 9mb A1000 one day

So if you have to play Shadow of the Beast or use Final Writer the A1000 is the machine for you really
