It's part of that "Amiga in a box" thingy for UAE right? I've used it briefly in that case....had no problems installing the AiaB package on an emulated KS 3.0 A1200 with WB 3.1 ADF set myself.
Maybe you can use that package to install it on your A1200? Don't know anything about MorphOS though as I never use it sorry.
