??  Not sure if you meant to type that, but yes if you have a non-interlaced screenmode a flicker fixer will still up convert it to display it as 31khz VGA. (obviously it doesn't need to de-interlace non-interlaced it as it is already.)

Or at least mine does.  I don't know what the purpose of a "flicker fixer" (an actual piece of hardware) for the Amiga would be if it only let you use Interlace screens on VGA just so you'd then have to switch back to composite for all Non-Interlaced screens???
