It's his site

No doubt about that. But I suspect it has to do with what I mentioned.

Coder

Christian is upset with Genesi for several reasons, and has cleaned out anything even remotely related from his site. If you don't know why, go browse the ann.lu history ...

There's obviously a lot going on between BBRV and CK at the moment

It surely looks that way, doesn't it?

and Chris has obviously decided that it's in his best interests to keep quiet about it.

I wouldn't exactly call it "quiet", but it's his site, and he decides what he does with it. I know that there are reasons behind his actions, as well as there are reasons behind the reasons. I just hope it can be solved in a peaceful way, but I fear that some things already has gone too far for that to happen in this particular case? I don't know ...

Have you also noticed how the "flaming" on ANN seems to have died down a hell of a lot?  Amazing :-)

Unfortunately, the flaming died with the postings. :-( I don't like this. The "reds" went in one direction, the "blues" went in another. That is sad for a person like me, who's "center of the world" for several years has been ann.lu.

Besides, if anyone has the right to whine, it's me, because I own moobunny.com (the domain name).  I'm not whining about it, so why are you?

I see a potential business opportunity there! ;-) I am also collecting some interesting domains ...
:-)

Besides, I fail to see how Coder was "whining" here ...

I agree, and I wonder why that is? And the silent minority just recently got a lot bigger IMHO ...

it would be better if neither company were involved at all and the Amiga (as we remember it) were just left to die.

The Amiga died ten years ago. Really. I can prove it! ;-)

Neither of the recent attempts for a "NG" platform should be labelled "Amiga" in my opinion (they are both new deals), and it's a pity that *one* is.

@ bhoggett

I agree to what you say. I kind of like the "bunny" too, it serves it's purpose. And to be honest, I really haven't seen any trace of "Genesi ownership" on that site. That site is the definition of anarchy, and it *has not* played in favour of Genesi the last several months! ;-)

Besides, the "bunny" is the only site where there is any action these days. All others are pretty dull now IMO ...
