It was a petty way of requesting TheDaddy not to use the Amiga trademark and we shouldn't be advocating or defending pettiness by anyone in the community.

This reminds me of "Billsey" in his "glory days", when he was reading his webserver visitor logs searching for suspicious patterns and "thinking" he saw Bill Buck on the parking lot outside of his local super market, and came to the conclusion that "they were after him" (for being christian or whatever, since Bill Buck obviously was the Antichrist).
