I had the same issue as you happen, but after installing u1, u2, u3 it worked just fine.
Can someone (from previous threads on this subject(s)) please tell me *again* why Complete/ISO-style releases (with upgrade options) are *so evil* that they must be avoided?

Installing OS4.1.0, OS4.1.1, OS4.1.2, OS4.1.3 in a row in order to get a clean-slate system seems a bit uncomfortable IMNSHO? But maybe it's "Teh Tru Amiga (TM)" in some way I don't understand?
