A lot of legal issues. Someone stole the domain, and apparently it takes a lot of time to get it back.
No, for .nl it doesn't take a lot of time in e.g. paperworks. If you drop a complain at NIC.nl in most cases you have your domain back within a week. Not if the domain has been expired first ofcourse.
I mailed the moderators in June, I believe, sorry it took so long. Sigh.
Good thing the domain's back so I don't have to remember that long url anymore on which it was available the last few months
