Yes, and still gives me the shiffers! Spend an entire summer holiday on getting it to work.
But all you have to do is set the priority's in the ICON set to high. Set the chunksize (in buffer prefs) to 512 and you're all done ;-)
This way I could burn DAO with the 2x burner on my 1230@50mhz :-D
With your setup you even can burn DAO on-the-fly MP3s at 2 speed :-o !!!
