Note that they are of different kinds; the first one is a composite video to scart, the other RGB to scart.

While you can use either type with Amiga (if it has a composite video output, for that case) the difference between picture quality is huge. Composite video (in general) will look horrible in any bigger TV. RGB will look MUCH better, if your TV supports it.
