IIRC, I had better luck with alfadata external hdd, than with a590.
maybe because I modified a590 to use internal power (A1000 PSU is weak?) or 'cause of extender.
Yeah the PSU is 80 watt, so you will have some problems with that.
I did cut the metal plate of the floppy drive in order to make room for a ram/ide card, but that woul'dn't work with the DKB Insider II.
That was one hell of a cut anyway.
