For any graphic card you must start deleting or disabling CyberbugFixAga (AmiKit:Tools/Disable_CGX_AGA&Birdie), change to use very few colors to have more chip mem and you can find some more tips here http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=917035&postcount=176
A1200, Lateral 32GB CF, internal Dvd, ACA 1230/56 with an MKII Fast ATA at 9,5Mb/s, another A1200 BPPC project in progress (more or less), and posting from my own/better C64x in my Tv using Hdmi.

CyberbugFixAga is somekind of trick to emulate a graphic card, so the amiga saves chip ram. If you want to install a graphic card then you have to disable/delete it first.

My link with the installation on WinUAE will help you to understand how to make the changes, but I don't have a Radeon.
