That's not always true. Jen said there isn't a "better" mobo, or one you are sure it won't need timing fixes.

But in fact I've got 3 1D1's working without any timing fix.

Yes, a good read, but the poll should be done again. It finished on 2009, before the ACA's.

Pufff... then you can use whatever. There is no problem with any mobo but with ACA's....:razz:
