Iirc the only way in 1994, I could get on the internet was at my school with the use of a Unix terminal and gopher. Mosaic was released in april 1993 - so I also doubt that Commodore had a www presence on the internet in 1994.
With free web browsers only becoming a reality by '94... Commodore had tanked by then. Put bluntly, The web didn't really exist (in a useful sense), until after Commodore failed.
