In my part of the world (Northern California), the slang use of Hmong is just as offensive as calling someone nigger, faggot, or wetback. Bad mojo. Language is a powerful tool. Use it wisely.

Then again, who cares what people in California thinks? Appearently any word is offensive to someone, so boo hoo?
