Only if you hold the Amiga name/brand to be an essential component of a true Amiga. Personally, I feel far more strongly about the elegant hardware architecture and understandable-yet-flexible OS than I ever did about having Spanish lesbians on the nameplate (not that I'm opposed to that, mind.)
