Having just dusted off my almost emaculate A1200 and having a look at the amigas of today i am bewildered at howfar it has progressed since commidore went bust and i transfered to the PC. Today i use a Pii 300 running linux as my main unit but i want to use my A1200 for graphics design and DTP, perhapse even as areplacement my PC. My problem is that its a standard 2mb unit with no additional features and the original ROM chips, i have WB 3.0 but wish to upgrade to a newer version and perhapse upgrade the unit itself but i feel lost and simply dont have a clue what to add in terms of upgrades and mods, should i even go for a A4000 perhapse. However ime not interested in this new Amiga One thing whatever that is :-?
