 I wouldn`t bother.
 For a start the motherboard is multilayered, you`d have to track back any traces in the middle layers to a via and solder wires to replace them.
 You`ll probably also have a big problem fitting the A600 internal floppy, as it`ll be right over the connectors for the A1200`s floppy data & power cables and the LED connector.
