The TPxx are test points of various signals that could be helpful in diagnosing a faulty motherboard.
UT9 was for a real time clock, and BT9 was the battery that powered it when the A1200 was turned off.
I know that P9A and P9B are "clockport headers", or were for an additional RAM expansion of a never-released 1meg A1200, but is there any way to make them functional?
Nope, only the 22 pins on the right of P9B carry any clockport signals.
