You could get a 150W MicroATX/NLX SPU and either use one of those adapters you mentioned, or just cut the connector off your dead PSU and wire it up yourself with a new switch to the front.
 They`re smaller than the A4000 PSU though, so you`ll have to blank the hole off a bit.
On schedule, and suing
