As explained several times before, concerning Racer: There is no source-code available, so it cannot be ported. Racer is freeware, but not OpenSource. As a Linux and MacOS X version exist it will probably use OpenGL, though..
There will be a (commercial) racing game for OS 4, though. It is called "Midnight Racing" and you find more information about it at
www.hyperion-entertainment.com (recent News) and
www.incagold.com (about the Windows version). Further Games from IncaGold will also get ported (they have especially several nice Racing Games, but also games from other genres) after Midnight Racing is finished.
