Hopefully they'll be disposing of the contaminated building materials per state and federal regulations instead of giving/selling them away.
Supposedly EPA found the facility to be "clean" in 2005, but yeah, given the biohazard problems that plant had I certainly wouldn't be too keen on parts of it...
