Looking at the snapshot it seems like you haven't run the installation script, so the default theme is only partially loaded, giving some nasty GUI effects like additional spacing here and there and missing textures.
Correct. Just started. And also - this is not default theme. I opened prefs and changed from default theme to another one, available to chose. I will try to install using the script.
Also you will need to put new icons on installation. Old ones are present currently.
