I tell you what, I'm exhausted, I've forgotten how to overcome all the adverse effects of prolonged study, especially after working all day, coffee gets me going for a while, but eventually I end up back where I started... , got any advice that can help keep me going???

I spent the past month in virtually the same situation as you've described here.
I'm on semester break now though (WooHoo!!)
Too bad it only lasts three weeks...then it's back to post tonal music theory.
