Hmm, I bet they're all lying flat on their faces, then? Scandoublers have existed on the Amiga for a very long time.
There's also totally external boxes for video game use (yes, RGB doublers too, not just composite/s-video)

The scart connector on the box is Japanese, not Euro, so you need to rewire your scarts.
