Hmm, I don't actually remember for sure now, but I seem to remember these were fonts. You can extract the cooked data with dtc:
dtc -m1 -ftrack -i0 -foutputname.img -z3 -i4 -l8Then the file outputname.img would have a FFS disk image that you can peek inside with whatever you have that knows Amiga FFS (Linux loop mount, WinUAE, Lallafa's xdftool, ...)

This has files off my Casablanca, which had the Finnish and German translations on it. As you can see, it is a .hdf, not something you can write to floppies, but you can copy out the translations if you require Finnish or German after you installed 3.0.10 from floppy.
