Soo difficult. The wires on the CIA are DAT and CLK. DAT on the left as looking at the picture.

Take +5V and GND anywhere you like, the board is riddled with suitable spots. If you are unsure, tap the floppy connector.

If your hookup produces a stream of ''''''s when you type, CLK and DAT are swapped. Switch the wires around to rectify.

The internal controller does not necessarily have to be disabled, unless it is malfuntioning. Try it first without disabling it, nothing will break.

You might want to make a kbd reset circuit too. Check Aminet docs/hard.

Amiga keyboards don't really need their signals adapted, as they connect directly to the CIA, like in my modification above.

I happened to use an A500 keyboard, so I got the keyboard reset for "free" right off the A500's keyboard controller board.

An Amiga keyboard will always support multiple keypresses, unless it's using the A1200's onboard controller. :-)

No idea about EZ-Key, I'm afraid.
