Hmm, didn't the powersnap manual say that it won't work with proportional fonts?

You do know, that it works by OCR? You have to tell it what fonts it should match against, then it tries to match those against the area you paint.

Most modern programs support the clipboard natively so you don't need powersnap.

The last time I saw anyone use powersnap was back in the modem trading days before file_id.diz became popular.

People would snap the descriptions of the files they traded from the terminal prog and paste them into CEd before pasting them to the destination machine when uploading. :-)

MCP also has a powersnap like function, so you might want to try that too if powersnap doesn't work properly.

I haven't used either any more in the current century, as I don't really see what the use for that would be. The CON windows support copypaste (via conclip) and all the other SW I'd like to copy and paste from/to also support the clipboard natively.
