OS3.9 under WinUAE guide released.

I'm sure most people here have read Mr Rapp's guide on how to install AmigaOS3.9 under WinUAE in german. Well, for those not able to read german I've translated it into english. (With Rapp's approval. Thank you!)

Bandwidth problems? Oh. Hm. Well, for those that wants to mirror it, send me a PM here on Amiga.org and I'll mail the guide as a .zip file.

Nope, but other people may find it difficult to install it under the winUAE enviroment, and quite a lot of postings have been here on Amiga.Org about the subject. Couldn't hurt with an english guide on how to do it correctly.  :-D
